What is the name of your state? Illinois

 I need information about what would constitute the ability to sue for "Punitive Damages" in the case of sueing the state for a "Due Process Violation" and/or "Failure to Provide a Fair Trial Due to Oppresion and Willfull Blindness of a Circuit Court".

I would love to know the information for your state of residence because that will help me to figuire out where I might look to find it for my own state.
If you have Illinois information then GREAT.

Any suggestions as to resources or search terms or anything would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help,
