wages garnished but not recieved

What is the name of your state?missouri my boyfirend was arrested and charged with felony nonsupport payment for 2000 and 2001 his checks were garnished. found some of the check stubs that showed he was paying. has gone to court several times. now thy have changed the dates to sept.of2001 to aug of 2002 have few check stubs showing garnishment but not all. we were not living in the state at the time of the new dates. these were not the dates on his arrest warrent, snd we were not even living in missouri for the new dates that he is accused of. is this legal

Can he contact the employers from that period in question and obtain a printout of the various wages and garnishment breakdowns for that time frame? This should provide evidence that the garnishments did, in fact, occur.

Also, check to see if the employer actually sent the checks to CSE. I have a friend in MI whose employer garnished the wages and never sent the money. He's facing jail time even though he has proof his wages were garnished. MI CSE (called Friend of the Court) couldn't care less, it's his problem.
