What is the name of your state? CA

3 months ago I had Child support services garnish my ex's income. My CS order is for $1500 mo, but the garnishment is only $365 a month. He has undeclared income, in the area of around $4000 a month. I just received a income and expense declaration from CS services. My ex has not paid CS for 7 years, except for the last three months due to the garnishment. I do not want to provide him any information regarding my assets or savings. Since there is no court order requiring me to fill this out, can CS services require me to do this?

Yes. CA child support is based on the net income of both parents and parenting time of both parents. He has the right to discovery (meaning to know your financial status) just like you have the right to discovery.
