i have been living on a peice of property for 3 years.when i bought the property it had an existing gravel drive that ran across my neighbors property.
the people who previsly own the property said they would get the right of way on righting,but didn`t.they still own some property behind mine.can i lock them out .there is no existing road leding to there property.what are my opetions.me and my neighbors don`t have any problems whith right of way but do i need it in wrighting?
