What is the name of your state?Kentucky
when i bought my property the driveway goes through my neighbors property.
the previus owner said the drive used to be a county road.the old timmers said it has been there for over 30 years.the people i bought the place from said they would get me an eavement but didn`t.what are my opentions.

**A: option 1 see a real estate attorney.
This attorney will discuss options 2-5 with you.
And the word is easement, not eavement.
Eavement is what you call the portion of the roof when the house falls down and hits the pavement.
