I recently got divoriced because my husband thought it was the "best idea" at the time b/c we got married young and my family disapproved. When we went to sign the divorice papers the attorney completed the forms with my first name and my husband's last name. I never got my name changed but I signed the divorice papers as if I had. Is our divorice legitamite? Can I go to jail for forgery? I never wanted the divorice to begin with. Please help.
