What is the name of your state? PA
Does the money to the children come out of the payments the person on SSD? Is that considered child support? Does the money get deducted for the SSD payments? How does it work? Where is the money coming from?

Call the SS office and ask them. They have LOTS of people just waiting by their phones waiting for your to call.
