undefinedWhat is the name of your state?california.
does an executor of a will have any regulations regarding "price to be sold at" and "when to sell" a deceedant's estate? also there are 3 sisters, of which one is the executor. do the other two sisters have recourse if the items of the estate are sold below "market value"? a clause in the will states that any beneficiary that contests or challenges the decisions made by the executor will forfiet their share of said estate.
