daycare expenses

my child support has been modified, in modifying it they including her day care expenses, (daycare is expensive!!) Court was settle two weeks ago last week i get an email from her telling me she moved (same state different address) she's moved far enough away to have to put the kids in a different daycare.
my question is, now that that kids are going to a new daycare can i demand to see the expenses of it? it is court ordered that feb. of every year she has to provide what expenses the daycare is costing her, but since she has changed can i get the new info now? how, what should i say?

If the order states February, then February is when she has to provide them.
