Hi, finally my parents' Will has been signed and drafted. There are three witnesses and the probate lawyer was one of them. She says she placed a self proving affidavit in the Will but she has not notarized it since she was one of the witnesses. Will it be a problem if it is not notarized?
Mom was wondering if dad dies does she have to take dad's Will for probate or since it is the same exact distribution and almost everything in dad's name is in mom's does she just throw dad's Will away and have me wait to probate her Will?

 :) ;)
