Atlanta, GA...4 years ago my husband was manipulated by his now ex-wife and her attorney (he didn't have one because she controled the money...) Anyway, it states in the papers that HE is to pay HER, for HER to pay for a life insurance policy on HIS life for his daughter AND naming his ex as the trustee. If he takes her back to court, can he change the amount and name his brother as the trusee, and can he pay for his own policy (all by himself like a big boy) or is this a wast of more time and money? So far the judge has given her everything she wnated leaving him with nothing except debt. Thank you in advance!!
