I won this court case and the defendant is very wealthy and need to pay this dept. If all possible someone please give me the steps form in the order it needs to be summited to the courts police ect . .

Go to your local library or bookstore and look for a book "How to Win in Small Claims Court in Florida" (or similar). The last chapter or so will be how to collect on the judgment and should include information on the garnishment process.
