I live in N.E. Pa My husband and I have mutually seperated. We get along fine now and really have no intentions of moveing back in together anytime in the near future.
We have no interest in obtaining a Divorce, we love each other just can't live together. Anyway for Finacial reasons we are thinking Legal Seperation.
Can we do this our selfs and have it notorized or do we need to see a lawyer and have it drawn up thru them?
Our kids are grown and out of the house we have declaired bankrupsy and all the bills are gone. THe only Bill we own is a Car and a Computer that I am paying on. He Needs a new car and can't get a loan without somthing saying I am resposible for the 2 bills.
Is this the right direction to go?
