We are a new startup business in Masschusetts (actually we're not officially registered as a business, so its really just individual work between my partner and I). We're starting to get customers for web design work, jobs that run between $1000-$2000 dollars. What do we need to do to go about writing or getting a contract that will ensure payment upon delivery of the website?
