I am in the process of purchasing a home and it has been a roayl pain with the sellers attorney, or should I say paralegals.
My closing is Monday and I was going through all the documents today and noticed their attorney has several different signatures across numerous documents. Most likely numerous paralegals signing the attorney's signature for him. is it so freaking brash of this attorney to think that is legal? is it legal?
