What is the name of your state? OREGON

I have got a speeding ticket for 100/65 ($421). It was in fact a *speeding* offense (ORS 811.111) and not "reckless driving" offense. Technically, I could have gotten "reckless driving" even for 85 mph...

My main fear is: Is there any possibility that my charges will be changed from "just" speeding (class a traffic violation) to "reckless driving" (traffic crime/possible jail)?

Is it better to plea guilty? (and hopefully they won't consider changing the charge in the ticket...)

Please help. This is very depressing...
