Manager problems

My band has a management agreement, but the manager has not been in contact with any member since the end of May. He has yet to get my band any bookings and has 300 of our CDs that were produced BEFORE signing with him.

What can we do to get out of our contract? (We do have a performance clause in the contract and he is not living up to his end of the 'bargain'.)

We also were wondering if were are able to get our property back, how we should go about it?

How do you expect any competent person on this forum to answer contractural questions when the contract is question is not before us to study?

As for the product, either ask for it back or read your contract regarding possession of pre-engineered product rights.
