What is the name of your state?
Ontario

Prosecution did not deliver requested disclosure, admitted made a mistake,
refused to dismiss as there is no law for dismissing, objected to postpone but
Crown postponed. Hint to go to higher Court to make new motion.
Prosecution pointed out it is in his power what disclosure he will deliver and what not.
Anybody knows how to handle it?
It is a following too close charge, passed a unmarked cruiser and he was angry and told us: he does not like to be passed!
It is a matter of principal as unfair accused.lack of disclosure no dismissal ?
