What is the name of your state?Mississippi-- My stepmother's will is currently in probate. The notices published as required state that any claims against the will should be made within 90 days of the date listed. Is there any possible way that the will could be probated before the end of this 90 days? The executor of the will implied that it could be wrapped up as soon as the last of the three required notices was published in the local paper.

I think you mean could the will be finalized, not probated, before the 90 days is up.

Yes, thank you. Could the will be finalized before the 90 days is up?
