My wife and I married for 2 yrs 9 months. When we engaged she told me she was pregnant and it is my child. So we ended up married. After 2 yrs and 8 months her ex boyfriend came and told me it was his child and he wants custody. My wife also admitted this too at the same time he told me. I did a DNA test and the child is not mine. Can I file an Order to Show Cause and ask this man to pay back for 2 and ½ years that I raise his child? My wife and I are in the process of the divorce. Can anyone answers this questions.
