What is the name of your state? TN
Me and my wife got married Sept 2003 she moved out Feb 2004. Is this grounds for an annulment or do I have to file for a divorce? If I do file for a divorce what can I do if she won't sign the divorce papers? How long do I have to be separated and not cohabit from my wife before I can claim desertion as ground for a divorce?
