What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? washington
I am named as the executor in the will of a deceased, single, childless, jefferson county resident. His estate is insolvent and contains no real property. I am not a U.S. citizen (canadian) and thereby disqualified as personal representative. The second nominee named in the will wishes to decline, as does his next of kin--his brother, niece and nephew. There are three beneficiaries named in the will, all believe there is nothing to inherit and would just like to move on. I am at a loss as how to proceed with the appropriate filing of his will as I cannot find the right forms. Can you point me in the right direction?
