Me and my son live with my girlfriend and her son at her home. I have full custody, yet considered termporary, I would like to buy my son a motorcycle, or possibly a four wheeler, my girlfriend says that in the event my son injures himself while riding the four wheeler on her land, my ex-wife could sue her homowners insurance. I carry full medical insurance on my son and fully responsible for him. Would my ex have a good case against my girlfriend's homeowners insurance when I amthe one who buys and supervises my son on the four wheeler?
