What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?kentucky. our car was missing and we thought the credit place had come and repossessed it but they called a day later to come and get it and we told them that we thought that they had repossessed it. they told us we had to report it stolen or they were. so, we reported it stolen. the problem is that our son had the car and now he is being charged with a stolen vehicle. is there any way we can help him so that he is not charged with this. we didnt know he had it or we wouldnt have reported it stolen.

My response:

No. He didn't have your permission to be in possession of the vehicle. Therefore, the charges are proper.

Can you imagine the charges against him if he had hitched his truck up to your trailer?
