What is the name of your state?state: kentucky
re: man marries woman. woman is very pregnant at time. man knows child isn't his, but puts his name on birth certificate anyway. divorce. papers acknowledge man is not biological father, child has no rights to inheritance, etc from man. judge signs, man signs, woman signs. how to get man's name taken off birth certificate? is it a long drawn-out process? a biological father came forward a few years back, dna confirmed his paternity, visitation rights awarded, but bc not amended. thank you
