.k we started getting SS from her biological dads after he died, its like 980 a month, that started about 4 months ago, we have now received a letter stating that we needed to contact them if we wanted to pursue a disabilty that he had filed for a few months before his death. he owed us roughly about 50,000. in back child support if that makes any difference to anything.
Would she be titled to his disabilty even after his death over and beyond the SS we already receive ?
