Hi,

I am a writer and have a simple question...

I am writing a book entitled: "Secrets Of Being Irresistible To Men!"

I just found out there is another book similar on the market called:

"How To Be Irresistible To Men"

...Is my books title infringing on his title? Could he sue me for this? The book will be sold internationally. What's you advice?

Thanks!

Though my OPINION is that you would probably be safe in using that name, the real answer depends on how deep your pockets are.
If you feel you can defend yourself against a potential lawsuit, then go ahead and use whatever name you want.
However, if you want to avoid the risk of a lawsuit and possible expenses, then change the name.
