I need help. I've been married 6 short weeks and I want out. Does this require a divorce, or can the marriage be annulled?

My response:

They started "dating" 7 weeks ago. He told her he lived in a beautiful home. After the honeymoon on the paddle boat (which should have been an indicator of where this marriage was headed), she found out he lives in a van down by the river.
