What is the name of your state?I live in New Jersey. I'm getting a divorce in the future. I would like to know how can I get my soon to be ex from using my last name and using her maiden name again?

You can't. The last name she now has is hers. She can CHOOSE to change back to her maiden name, but cannot be compelled.
