What is the name of your state? Colorado
I just got my first speeding ticket going 90 in a 75. I've been told a bunch of different things that i should do and I'm really not sure. If I pay the fine by tomorrow the 4 point drops to 2 points and my insurance will supposedly raise. I can fight it in September, but I don't know what that will do because some people say you can't get out of tickets with the state patrol. I've been told if I plead no contest and something else (I forget what it's called) but due to the fact that i'm 18 and only held a license for less than a year and that I have no prior offenses that they might dismiss it. Any advice, because I really am not quite sure of what would be best

**A: Look, beg your parents to hire an attorney. You need one.
