Statute for Discovery in KSWhat is the name of your state?Kansas
I was recently pulled over by a Douglas County police officer for speeding (68 in a 55) along a rural road. Where I understnd the desire for speeding violations to be a cash cow for this county, I have decided to take up the fight against it. I am wishing to file a motion for discovery concerning the training of the officer, the calibration of the radar, all applicable items. However, I cannot find the statute for discovery. Is it possible to just write a letter asking for this information without listing the legal reason for it?
