I found an abandoned car in the back parking lot of Walmart. It's been sitting there for alsmot two months. I am interested in the car and would like to contact the owner so I can make them an offer on the car. How can I do this? I think if I report the car, they place a notic eon the car, then it is towed away after a while, then the car is sold at a public auction. I don't want to go through all that. I ran a carfax report on the car and got the Title number. Is there a way to get the owner's contact info?
