Reckless Behavior

Hi Carl:

Can you point out the pages on the Gas Pedal Addicts Site that "encourages scofflaws and reckless behavior"?

I can't find anywhere that it does that.

The little disclaimer notwithstanding, any site that attempts to offer advice on how to "beat speeding tickets" and "handle the system" is, in effect, advocating violating the law. By offering to give advice on how to avoid punishment for speeding, that site also is promoting reckless behavior by making it penalty-free to speed.

Our judicial system is one of an adversarial condition. It is the right of all citizens to have as much knowledge about their legal situations. The nature of driving is that sooner or later almost everyone will be pulled over. Being armed with knowledge of the legal ramifications is an important issue.

Once again, no where in the site is anything illegal or reckless advocated or condoned. Actually there are quite a few studies in the library section that talk about the dangers of driving fast.
