What is the name of your state? WV

My mother is administrator of my grandfather's estate. My grandfather died 11 months after his wife, my grandmother. My mother needs to know if there is a way to find out if her mother's will (a strict survivorship will -- giving everything to my grandfather) was probated or if it has no impact now that my grandfather has passed away.

She can check at the county courthouse probate court for whatever city that her mother died in. That probate has no effect or is completely separate from her husband's estate being probated.
