What is the name of your state? California.
There are some assets in his name which are to be divided equally. Since she moved out those stocks have appreciated. (They have been apart for 3 years). Is the date of the valuation of the equities the day she moved out and they separated, or the day of the divorce filing, or something else? Thanks.
