What is the name of your state? TX

I am afraid I will lose my house after divorce. The deed of trust states my name as the borrower, but it also says that I am "joined herein by my wife". her name is not spelled out on the deed of trust though. Is this just a legal phrase that doesn't really mean anything or does is mean that she has the same rights as I do?

Thanks.
