What is the name of your state? CONNECTICUT

If this situation has changed where the child is now living with the Father rather then the primary residence being with the Mother - is he liable to continue paying child support until the court date? And how can you prove that the child has been living with the Father for 8 mths?

Until a court order says otherwise, the court order stands. Neither party can just decide to stop paying.

EDIT: Is the child living in a different school district? Does the child use dads address for school records?

The school is registered in another district so the parents of the Father (Child's grandparents) is the address for the school. So neither parents address is on there.
