Scott Peterson trial…”brown van”?

Does anyone think that Laci Peterson was abducted by someone in the “brown van”? The prosecutors are trying to present this angle and I wanted to hear some additional thoughts.

In addition, for those interested Court TV is conducting live interviews all week (July 12-15, 11pm) with some very interesting people either related to or very informed about the case. The one I’m looking forward to is their interview with Juror #5.
