PENNSYLVANIA SUPPORT: My exhusband has appealed a medical conference recommendation for a $21.07 unreimbursed pharmacy presciption for our son. He is claiming that he gave me a $5 presciption card (which he did not) and that his 80% of $21.07 is a lot different than 80% of $5. I have read Rule 1910.16-5 regarding this subject and the only information which I have been able to gain is that the medical services and supplies are to be considered "reasonable". Am I missing something here? Any information which you might supply would be appreciated.
