My questions is as follows:
We have signed a 5 year contract with a company to provide local phone service, cell service and T1 line thru Matrix. This contract consists of a lease agreement thru their subcontractor for the lease of the Matrix Box. The company is now filing Chapter 11 bankrupcy.
Is my contract still in force and also what about the lease agreement with the subcontractor? What are my options?
