What is the name of your state?Louisiana
I am cosidering a divorce from my husband of 3 years. I purchased the property we live on before our marriage a year ago we built a house. Will I have to buy in out of the property I already purchased on my own or do I just have buy him out mortgage on the home?

It's up to a judge. No one can tell you how a judge will rule on property division.
