HELP.....Father can't find child he's paying support for

My boyfriend has been paying child support for the last 3 years for a child who he has never met or even seen a picute of. He has tried to contact the mother using last know address and place of business but was unsuccessful. He has requested current information on the childs location and was denied. What are his rights? What can he do to get his son's contact information?

How is he paying CS and why was he denied ?
