During our 15 years of marriage my husband had 5 affairs and is now living with one of them and we are just separated. Do I have grounds for adultry and alienation of affection. Is it worth the money to file this way? What could I acheive in this. He is self employed as an artist and makes quite a bit of money sometimes. So I know he can afford to file. If he should file first what recourses do I have.

Yes you have grounds for adultary but not AOA as Texas does not recognise it.
