My 42 yr. old daughter recently died of lung cancer. My son-in-law kept me from seeing my dying child stating it was her wish, although no one heard her state that. No one knows any reason why he would want to keep me away. Do I have any legal recourse?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

I would check your state codes. Go to the freeadvice.com homepage, click on state statutes at the very top. Click on your state and then click on criminal law or civil torts or something and start searching.

I can't think of anything off hand.
