i will be graduating from college next and will be applying for jobs.
how many years must you include your conviction on job applications before you can start ommitting it? Can you ever omit it?
i also remember my lawyer saying something about how after 3 years i can go back to court to get the conviction off my record. does anyone have any information or clarification of this?
