What is the name of your state?California

Someone left a vehicle on my property and has not removed it in a month. What are the procedures I should take? What legal form should I send them.

None. Call the local police and state you want it removed. They will attempt to contact the owner, or put a "remove by.." sticker on it. Then it gets towed away at the owners expense.
