What is the name of your state?WV

I hope I'm posting this is the right forum. I am being sued, and we had a prelim. injunction. I was not present for it, although I was at the courthouse expecting to be. All that happened is my lawyer went somewhere for about 20 minutes with the opposing lawyer and came back and told me I had lost. This was 3 weeks ago and he will not return my calls. I called the courthouse to get the transcripts and they said there is none. This is my first time in the legal system, but I can't imagine this is the way it works. Any advice on what I should do would be very appreciated. Thank you.
