What is an "alias praecipice"?

I have to file and alias praecipice with family court. What is this and how will it affect me? Also, if my husband is served divorce papers, can I request my address be kept confidential?

You can request that your address be left off, I personally, would not give my address anyways unless it was a PO BOX. As far as the alias preacipe (or whatever) I would look up the meaning in a Court Dictionary, that would probably be the only place you would find it.
