no fathers name on birth cert.

in the state of Pa does the unwed father's name have to be put on the birth certificate?
If not what do you put? I don't like the word unknown. Can he insist? Do he have any legal say?

If there is not name.. then it is either up to the mother to force it via a court order and paternity testing.. or the father to force it via the same route.
