I am married, but in process of starting divorce procedures..while married i had an affair, and became pregnant with other mans child. We are getting a no-contest divorce, and husband is willing to let the natural father claim all rights to my son. I need to know where to get started and the info on getting the Birth Certificate changed. Hope you can help. MH

Has your husband signed the b/c ? Since you were married when the child was born, your husband assumes paternity. Providing the child is under 2 years old, then either your husband has to challange the decision, or the real father has to..

If the child is past 2 years old then...
